No. It gathers evidence and shows it. Your staff review each company, decide who to invite, and nothing is sent until they press send.
Not yet. Staff enter an authenticator code for sensitive actions such as opening bids and publishing awards, five failed sign-ins lock an address for 15 minutes, and sessions sign out after 30 minutes idle by default.
No. Federal rules at 2 CFR 200.319(b), and many local rules, bar a vendor who drafts specifications from competing. We answer questions in writing through your procurement officer.
No. Westbridge is a fictional city used in the demonstration. It is not a live deployment, and this site does not list customers.
